Sales Bible

I have read Jeffrey Gitomers Sales Bible at least 20 times. Its awesome and keeps me motivated. I make a ton of cold calls throughout the day. t has great advice and lessons throuout the book. It’s Tuesday evening and my girlfriend is already asleep. Its quiet around the house so its nice.

My goal for this year is to double my income and go take some more college classes. I have a couple of business ideas in store as well. Im reading quite a few books currently here are some Lao Tzu Tao Te Ching, Warfare in the classical world by John Warry and The Know It all by A.J. Jacobs.I plan to read the  I will admit that I’am a book worm, newshound and avid magazine reader. I get at least 5 publications sent to my house including Linux Journal and PC magazine.The other ones are free trade publications. Truthfully I dont have time to read them all. I scan most of them and tear out important stuff. I keep all subscriptions.

I moved into the new room in the house, its bigger, and we put down tile and new closet doors. I love it.

Apple and Intel

When I was visiting Apples website. I see that now they are using Intel Core Dual processors. This is pretty cool. I have had my eye on the new Imac’s. I also like the shuttle box. I like small form factors. Maybe its because I have a baby on the way and a small room. I need an all in one, digital media player, digital video recorder and a couple terabytes of storage. I also would like some wireless cameras in the house to keep an eye on our baby and the front door.

I decided to try this out and I like the functionallity. I have been busy listening to a ton of Podcast’s and remodeling a new room for a baby on the way. I plan on getting more into electronics because I always want my toys to do stuff they were never intended to. Its the engineer in me. I’m currently reading Know it All. It’s a book about a guy who sets out to read the entire Encyclopedia Britannica. Its awesome so far. I ordered software for my Bearccat 246T today as well. Its a radio scanner.
